Our New Series - “A Taste of…”
For 2019, we have started a new series we are calling, “A Taste of…”. These very short sessions – anywhere from one to five classes – will give interested individuals the opportunity to explore different programs and styles in Tai Chi and Qigong. Most sessions will not require any previous Tai Chi experience. Have you wondered what “silk reeling” is? Are you curious about what “Yang Style” is? What is “Qigong”? Would you like to see what Tai Chi is about but don’t feel ready to commit to a lengthy session? These short sessions will inform you and let you sample the beautiful art of Tai Chi. The “A Taste of…” sessions will vary through the year, so watch our Upcoming New Classes schedule to see what’s planned.
