Chen Family Tai Chi - LaoJia YiLu & ErLu Starting in November
A new Chen Family tai chi class will be starting in November. This class will be reviewing LaoJia YiLu (Old Frame First Routine) and the fundamentals of tai chi, while learning LaoJia ErLu(Old Frame Second Routine). Tai Chi Class for People With PD Starting Tuesday November 22
In collaboration with the Capital District Parkinson's Support Group, Asian Arts is offering a new Tai Chi class for people with Parkinson's disease. Students will learn fundamental tai chi practices and a short traditional tai chi routine. Classes will be held each Tuesday at 5:30pm. Did you know that Asian Arts has class interest lists? We use these to help us decide what classes to offer. Current lists for classes include Qigong, 24 Form and Tai Chi Sword. If you have an interest for a class not currently offered, ask us about it and get on a list.
