The Yang style 24-forms simplified routine is a short Tai Chi (Taiji) routine composed of 24 unique movements. This form is intended to give the beginner/intermediate Tai Chi player a basic idea of the fundamentals of Tai Chi. This routine is played the world over and often considered the most widely-played Tai Chi routine in the world. No Tai Chi experience is necessary to take this session.
