May 17 and 18, 2014
Master C. P. Ong, author of “Taijiquan: Cultivating Inner Strength”, will be visiting Albany the weekend of May 17th and 18th. We have planned several exciting events for Capital District Martial Artists and those interested in health and wellnes, including a lecture, book signing and workshops. All events will be held at the Asian Arts Tai Chi Center in Albany. If your interested in attending, please fill out the registration form and send it to us along with your payment.
“Balance in Taijiquan: How Taiji Balance Boosts Health and Builds Inner Strength” Master Ong will discuss how Taiji (Tai Chi) is extraordinarily useful in helping to improve an individual’s health and balance in daily life. In fact, the balance created is more than just physical balance – it enhances the mind/body axis which facilitates the development of inner strength. Master Ong will be demonstrating some of the principles involved, and will be answering questions.
Master Ong will be signing copies of his book. Bring your book along. He will also have a limited number of copies available for sale.
